Account Suspension
I have an Amazon Seller account I was on for an old client and did not know it. When the informs act verification went live they never verified and the account was suspended. Unknown to me the account owner had left the company and made me the owner when they left. The account is owned by a huge company that doesn’t care and won’t respond.
I got on an account verification call to explain the situation and while the Amazon rep said they understood the issue they kept asking for business filing papers and bank accounts for the company I told them I have no access to. This is a large publicly traded company that I had helped someone on their marketing team awhile back but done nothing with in 3-4 years.
The verification team of course failed the interview and kept the account suspended. The real issue hear though is not the first account but that other accounts I am on have also been suspended for linked/duplicate account violations. The account login itself has new been suspended after I changed the OTP phone to try and stop it from spreading.
Has anyone had any luck reaching out to anyone at Amazon to work through any similar situations?
