Amazon refuses to pay me even after the post deactivation interview.
A few months ago we got a large stock order detained by the german customs (later on it was destroyed) due to this we were unable to fulfill a lot of orders.
That said we have 6000 euro stuck in the account after many months since they were purchase. I waited the 90 days after the deactivation, submitted all of my information, explained the issue, did the interview but they refuse to pay me.
They are acussing me of fraudulent activity and are keeping my money forever.
What should I do ? Im thinking about going to court.
