IPI Score question

My IPI score is pretty good but the only thing hurting me is the FBA in-stock rate. Amazon is asking me to restock 48 products but I closed the listing on most of those products already. Yet Amazon keeps asking for restock. How can I fix this? Do I have to delete the listing? Any help is greatly appreciated
