Section 3 with no actual reason

From what I have seen online, people get sent this message but under the “Why is this happening?” section, Amazon states that it is due to dropshipping, FBA credit misuse, etc.

They haven’t said a single thing as to WHY it’s happening, even though I appealed it and asked them what did I do wrong so that I can make a POA. I would be happy to admit to whatever I did wrong, but it is impossible to make a POA without know what the action is..

Has anyone faced this before? And how did they fare?
