A to Z Claims Out of Control

These are claims from buyers who HAVE NOT contacted us directly, all the orders shipped same or next day, with Amz’s own shipping. Amz is granting them – and denying our appeals! Not sure what is going on but our ord rate is suffering now (both US and Can). So much so, that our Amz Can acct is in danger of deactivition! Anyone else having this issue and/ir have any insights? We’re pro merchants for 8 yrs and it’s never been this bad… like some kind of AI is approving all from buyers, and denying all appeals. Heavy sigh….
