Shipping error on amazon from Manufacturer

Hello Everyone,

I’m getting ready for my first order to amazon. Its been a journey and i appreciate everyones help here. I was getting ready to send/replenish my inventory on amazon and i put in all the ship from and ship to information. and i got the message below. Does this mean i cannot ship it from manufacturer, or is amazon just telling me that amazon cannot help with the shipping from manufacturer. But the questions is why is it telling me to remove the items. or is it remove the items if i want amazons partnered shipping service? I would appreciate any help. thank you.

UPS (Amazon partnered carrier) is unavailable between the shipping locations.”
