If I modify a product image will Amazon create a new product?

Our supplement is getting a new type of bottle (clear instead of solid white).

Everything else is the same: the label, the ingredients, etc.

It’s not a new product, it’s just a new type of bottle.

If we update the product images to showcase the supplement in a new bottle, will Amazon classify this as a new product and create a whole new SKU? Or can I just update the existing product images?
