Just a few questions for sellers, looking for info as an Amazon Returns Manager.
I am curious about something that will potentially help Amazon as well as sellers.
Currently I work in multiple departments but my main department is Relo (customer returns and vendor returns). Unfortunately there is a huge lack of information in the Amazon world when it comes to vendors/sellers.
Currently we have about 600 units of dwelling AMXL unsellable goods, that have been sitting for 3 years. Higher ups have no clue what causes dwelling freight.
What information do sellers see about their inventory, and how is it broken down?
(This could help me identify processing errors etc)
What are some trends or root causes that sellers commonly see with Amazon returns that could cause inventory to dwell?
