I have never received the funds.

Hello,

My account was deactivated approximately 2 years ago and I had a balance of $4,216.99 CAD. It has been 2 years and I haven’t checked my account until today. Today I saw that the ammount was paid into my bank account last year on 2022-05-22. But I have never received anything? How is this possible? Do you have any idea where this money is right now? Since there is no Amazon Seller support I am unable to contact with them either so I might as well just ask you.
