Locked Amazon Seller Account
Hi. My Amazon buyer account has been locked due to ‘suspicious activity’ as someone hacked into my account and began making purchases on a random card. I tried to delete the card and change my password but 2 days later they managed to gain access again and a few hours later the account was locked.
I use the same email for my seller account and as a result I’m unable to log into either account. I’ve tried to call them numerous times only to receive the same email in response saying there’s not enough information to unlock the account. I tried to contact seller central through the contact form and they say the issue lies with the buyers team and they can’t help. I’ve tried to find emails that will reply for countless hours, to no avail. My accounts been locked for over 6 weeks now and I’ve run out of ideas. I haven’t violated any terms of service and account health was good.
Does anyone know how I can get the account unlocked or even just withdraw the funds and stock so that I can invest it into a new account.
