Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD) removal order?

Hi guys,

Wondering how do we retrieve our inventory from Amazon’s AWD?

We can only create removal orders for FBA with no option for AWD (Upstream)

They deactivated our account and won’t say why other than stating Section 2.

Now we just want to get our inventory back and do business elsewhere.

Any help would be appreciated.
