Verification Request for Distributor Authenticity

Hello Amazon sellers! I recently made a purchase from https://jwcarolinatrading.com/ and submitted the corresponding invoice. Unfortunately, the invoice was denied twice!, which raised some concerns. Anyone purchase through them before? I don’t know if I need to resubmit it again or not. I just don’t want to hold on to this item if it will get denied again. Thank you!
