In danger of deactivation?

I recently nearly ran out of stock for my product. I have one “in stock” and have it priced quite high to not go completely out of stock.

Should I be worried that my account will be deactivated or will be affected negatively in some way?

Are there ways to manipulate my price or inventory to prevent anything negative from happening?

I have more on order but it’s going to be 70 to 80 days before it comes in.
