How to contact seller support?
Is there seriously not a way other than email??? I’m getting so frustrated and it’s taking way too long. They were suppose to refund business account charge because I had to sign up that way then switch to individual. They said they did, but never got a refund then got charged the next month and didn’t know it. Now I have a late fee on my cc b/c I didn’t know the charge was there. I don’t want to pay off cc charge b/c then I will have a negative balance when they do refund it. I don’t want to dispute the charge with my credit card b/c I did that last month and Amazon suspended my account. So I’m stuck waiting for an email which I sent 3 days ago and still no reply. I tried calling regular Amazon but it said they are no longer transferring calls to seller support as of Oct 1. Help!
