100% of sales in “reserve” status for over 1 month
Hey all –
Has anyone ever seen anything like this? We are facing our 4th disbursement of $0
100% of my sales are in reserve since September 14th and I can’t get an answer from amazon as to why. I’ve contacted seller support multiple times, currently have two cases open and unanswered, and every time I speak to support they tell me they don’t see anything wrong with the account, no holds, nothing.
Is there anything like a disbursement dispute resolution, or a way to move this forward and at least get an answer as to why?
