US Business UK/EU KYC Verification Help

We are a US based business trying to get through the KYC verification. We’ve had our account setup for close to a year and are just now being requested to submit this info.

We’ve tried about 5 times now to submit everything they are asking for (Certificate of Good Standing / Articles of Incorporation / Bylaws / Beneficial owner info / etc…) and each time it gets denied and more info is requested.

Has any US based business gotten through this? Would love to know exactly what you provided because we are running in circles.
