Tools recommendations

I have several products(around 140 products) that I plan to sell on Amazon. Is there a tool that the community uses to recommend product prices, based on competitor prices for similar products or my products? Similarly what does the community recommend to use to manage listings and post the listings on different platforms(eg: amazon, ebay etc)?
