Question about selling on Amazon Fresh

Hey I’m a student writing a paper on Amazon Fresh for a class. I’m trying to figure out where Amazon Fresh (the physical store) gets their suppliers from. Does anyone know if the suppliers for the stores are the same ones featured on the delivery service? If you could clarify that would be greatly appreciated
