Does anyone know anything about these companies that set up and run Amazon stores?

I’ve been running my store for about a year and I am having some family issues that are taking up a lot of my time. I am looking at these companies that advertise on Facebook that say they will run your store for free and even set it up for you and choose successful products. I have not been overly successful in my store and I was wondering if these people are just scammers who will take the small profit I’m currently making or if they can deliver on claims to scale your store. Does anyone have experience in this or know of reputable companies?
