HELP! New seller seeking service to deal with amazon policy complaints
Hi All –
Im a new seller here. Started brand ~4 weeks ago in a competitive but highly profitable niche. Sales really went through the roof over last 2 weeks and we have begun to attract some negative attention from competitors (e.g. negatives that were obviously fraudulent).
Over the last few days we received 3 policy complaints including 2 authenticity complaints and 1) prohibited disease claims complaint. On all of these we THINK we know what we need to respond, but missed the mark on the first invoice request. We think we improved on the second request, but I really am not sure.
Has anyone had good experiences with someone who can guide or manage these processes for shippers? I have been searching online, and I am just finding a lot of reinstatement services. I am instead looking for someone’s help so it doesn’t come to that.
The only service I see that seems to be targeted to this issue is mrjeff.co – anyone use them?
