Unexplained fee discounts?

In the last week II noticed in my inventory page the Amazon fee was showing as “$0.00” for all my products. I assumed it was a glitch, but all my orders haven’t had any Amazon fee charged. It’s doubled my profit rate which is great, but I can’t figure out why I’m not being charged the fees.

The Fee Discounts page shows blank. Any ideas how to figure out what’s going on?
