DO WE NOT UNDERSTAND PRICE MATCHING?!

Its so frustrating that sellers on amazon can’t understand that amazon divides sales on a product when multiple sellers sell the same product at the same price. Instead there’s constant pressure to be the lowest and a lot of that is fueled by greed and wanting to get ALL the sales when u know there are competing sellers. But we all lose money this way! I bought 250 units of steel wool and at the time the price on amazon was 18.99 and had been that way for a year before. By the time it was ready for FBA (approximately 2 weeks) price had dropped to 7.00. I got it for $6.50. ONLY because other sellers keep trying to be the lowest. Do they not see that their attempted monopoly on low prices only lessens their profit on each unit & feeds Amazons profit margin and not theirs??? Sell all ur units at 65% below market value and see how rich u get … sigh
