Amazon Account Verification is this a scam

Amazon sent me an email they received my documents and verified my documents, but they want additional information.

I have to use Seller Central ID document photo service to take a picture of myself and ID document. Join a video call with Amazon Associate and show them all my original documents. Is this for real or is this a scam ?
