Account deactivated, no one knows why and no one is fixing it… it’s been days now. Wtf.

Like the title says. I’m a new seller. I just shipped 5 boxes to Amazon and most of my merch is unbranded generic toys and plush. They want a CPC for most of it now which I understand. My account is at “200 healthy” – the default. I hadn’t made one sale yet before they hid all my listings.

This is insane. I’ve done everything by the book and submitted all identifying docs including a selfie and my ID card.

Then BAM out of no where “your account is deactivated”.

Seller support staff via email has been infuriating. They never reply except with a god damn request for…. MY ID. Which they have and I can’t resubmit. Phone staff (outsourced) says they don’t know why acct is disabled. They told me it’s “going to be addressed by appeal team” and to wait 2 days. I did, I called back, spoke to her for like an hour.. her solution was WAIT TWO DAYS.

It’s been 4 days – I’m totally stuck. Anyone have any words of advice here?

PS: I tried to ask for the Captive Team per internet suggestion and she didn’t know what I was talking about. Or is a great actress.
