Is this the way IP scam works?

Recently my account has been flagged with IP complaints. I think to myself, ‘OK, its cool I’m still leaning’ and take my whipping.

Then I go back and look at these listing’s, and there’s still other sellers on them. BUT they FBM their offer, while I FBA mine and got hit with IP complaint.

If I FBA, it makes it easier to submit a complaint against me versus the Brand owner having to make a test buy and then submit a complaint? So I get the brunt of the IP complaint action.

No wonder people don’t send shit in to FBA.
