Listings won’t stay deleted

I’ve been trying to clean up my “detail page removed” inventory for a while, but the deleted listings keep coming back!! I started keeping a spreadsheet, and out of 100 listings I deleted. Only 5 stayed gone, and the rest are back as detail page removed. Some actually came back with detail pages, but showed as incomplete.

We’ve been having this issue for a while, and can’t find any rhyme or reason as to what Amazon actually deletes. Wondering if anyone has any tips or advice
