FBA for Coffee Beans

I make fresh coffee beans and thought about selling on amazon. I’ve looked in to FBA but I would go down to about a 10% margin on a $31.00 gourmet 2lb bag of coffee. I feel like prime would be huge but the margin is so small on a $31.00 item, it may not be worth our time.

I guess the other competitors are winning off of volume? lol Trying to wrap my head around this.
