Inventory is stuck in FC Processing for 2 months – I feel like I am out of avenues for resolution
Hello all.
After dozens of seller support cases each week I still cant get Amazon to get my inventory out of FC Processing. Timeline of events.
I send in 500 units of ASIN in July. Units start selling normally. All this is in Amazon US. I send in additional 250 in early Sept. Inventory still selling. Some inventory gets listed in Canada due to a setting I had where inventory gets automatically listed there for additional sales in that region. Late September I receive a trademark violation on the ASIN in CANADA. I attempt to appeal the violation (it was bogus, as most are) but Amazon does not accept my valid documentation. I concede to the violation in my CANADA seller central account and move on with my life. The ASIN is still listed and live in the US. A week or so after conceding to the trademark violation in Canada I begin to notice that my Amazon US inventory for this ASIN is going into FC Processing. Some of it is still selling however, although available inventory is decreasing. Early October I send in an additional 80 units into Amazon US FBA. This goes into FC processing too. October onwards, almost all of my inventory is in FC processing, I am still live on the PDP, although my fulfillment time is 7 to 14 days, hence I get orders but customers promptly cancel when they realize the shipping time. All throughout Seller Support is unhelpful. I have not emailed Jeff yet, as I want to save that as the very last resort.
Note that I never received any trademark or IP violation for this ASIN in the US. My account health dashboard is clean, the ASIN is not suspended or blocked, it’s simply in FC processing and shows as inactive due to not having any available inventory.
I am praying to the Amazon gods on this one, as there is a meaningful amount of money invested here. Does anyone have any insights as to why this could be, or a potentially path forward to get this diagnosed and resolved?
