Brand Registry application rejected- manufacturing agreement
I have looked everywhere for a solution for this and haven’t had any luck.
I applied for brand registry and my application was rejected for not providing a “manufacturing agreement”.
During the application , I am asked to provide manufacturing information:
“I have an agreement, contract or relationship with a third-party manufacturer which manufactures majority or all of the products under my brand. Upload proof of arrangement between your brand and the third-party manufacturer.”
I uploaded a copy of my invoice from the manufacturer. But then the next question asks for an invoice.
What would satisfy this requirement? Is there specific verbiage or things they are looking for in this agreement that a simple invoice outlining how I have a factory manufacturing my products under my brand name wouldn’t include?
I was thinking of making a contract with my brand and the manufacturer but not sure what would need to be included if I went this route.
If anyone can help or has experience this issue in the past, it would really be helpful.
