Brand registration

I submitted an application to register a brand, however it was rejected fairly quickly. I suspect this is because our trademark registration is for an Ilc and the name submitted on the application was for one person. I appealed the rejection but haven’t heard anything. Because the guess is our application was improperly filled out, we withdrew the application wanting to file a new one. However Amazon has the warning saying “application for brand (name) is currently under evaluation. Is this a timing thing on their end and I can fill out the application again later today? Or is this a bigger issue?
