Amazon Accounts Deactivated, Unable to Provide Bills
As the title states, I had multiple Amazon accounts deactivated. I opened a new store back in February, but I had completely forgotten that I had already opened a store last year and so both accounts were deactivated for not following their policy. My issue here is that to reinstate my original account (I must reinstate the original before I can delete it and reinstate the new account) I am having to provide a bill in my name to the address on file. I am currently still in college though and I still live at home, therefore I have no bills in my name. I have called support and I was told I could provide a birth certificate as well as a bill in my mother’s name. This was denied. I’ve tried phone bills showing me and my mother on the same plan along with the birth certificate, but none have gotten me reinstated. Any advice on what I could do? I’ve only got about 2 weeks left of the 90 day period to reinstate or my accounts will be permanently deleted. Any help will be appreciated!
