I am trying to register for VAT to apply it on Amazon but I had some difficulties so I am asking expansion for the deadline that Amazon gave to me but they don’t accept my documents

I apply the same documents as their example they say not to be a screenshot but when I register for the vat I only can take screenshots and turn it to pdf I don’t know if that’s the problem but every time they don’t accept it and is really crucial to take some extra days of my vat deadline. (For UK mp). Is anyone here that can help or had the same issues before to give a tip? Thank you
