Applying to get ungated on Amazon for The North Face Amazon FBA/FBM

I’m starting with online arbitrage and was trying to look for brands to see if I could get ungated on to sell products when I came across TNF. I figured that I might as well try, seeing as they had a black Friday sale on their website, but I realized they only had a 5-per-item rule online. The nearest TNF outlet had a sale, so I bought about 6 sweaters at a heavy discount.

I currently have:

6 of sweater A (one was purchased in-store) 4 of sweater B (in-store) 1 of sweater C (in-store

I haven’t attempted anything yet, considering I don’t really have a packing slip or any other proof of purchase for the stuff bought in-store, but I think I have a few options after I try requesting invoices from TNF support to submit:

I buy 5 more of the same sweaters I bought online: they will not be discounted and will reduce my potential profits greatly. Search for a deal on at least 10 new TNF products to get ungated: I’ve searched, and it hasn’t looked great so far. I return all the items: I have about a month and a half to do this and will do it if all else fails.

If anyone has any experience selling North Face items or has experience that would be applicable from getting ungated, I would greatly appreciate any sort of suggestions/advice!
