Reinstatement of my amazon account

Hello fellow sellers,

I got my account suspended because I sourced ONE item from an unverified supplier.
In the deactivation letter amazon informed me that 2 of my items were not authentic.
When I wrote the appeal I informed them that one of the items is authentic and provided valid proof.
What should I write down regarding the one that is not authentic.
