Why did the ads stop when there’s still budget?! It didn’t use up all the funds how is it out of budget?

I keep running into so many Amazon ad issues. The settings just DONT do what they’re supposed to do. One day it spent over budget and now it’s saying it has no funds when it didn’t even spend the daily amount?! Wtf can someone explain this??
