Can’t reactivate my account.

My account got deactivated a few months back due to me selecting the wrong legal entity apparently when supplying my personal / business info.

However I am trying to reactivate it by uploading whatever documents it is they want however I don’t have an option to upload any files. The button literally doesn’t exist for me so I can’t upload anything at all even if I wanted to. I looked online and a few other people have had this problem but I’m yet to find a solutio
