Amazon Warehouse (AWD) to MCF from my Shopify store

Planning on moving to a 3PL. Seems like AWD is a great program for what i need. I sell 60%. FBA but i also have a Shopify store that does a brisk business.

Currently i can MCF to fill orders and they take inventory from FBA… Ship to customer.

Can they do this from AWD? pick from AWD and ship to my customer? Or Does AWD only send to the FBA Warehouse (and all MCF goes from there).
