Easy Question Re: Pack List

I’m a Newbie;

Prepped my first box for shipping to Amazon FBA. I see there’s a “Pack List” and I’m not sure if I need to put one of these into the box before sealing and putting a shipping label on the box. By calling it “Pack List”, it seems it’s only for seller to figure out WHAT to pack. If it were “Packing List”, I’d be sure I’m supposed to put a copy of it in the box. I can’t find info that clarifies this on Seller Central. Thank you!
