Do You Automatically Qualify For The Buy Box Using FBA – Individual Account

The title pretty much says it all – Do you automatically qualify for the buy box by using FBA? I have found some conflicting information on this topic. On the one hand, it sais you qualify for the buy box with a professional account in seller university but on the other one I have found a number of people claiming you are automatically qualified when using FBA. What’s the case here? Thank you!
