Canadian Seller Merchant problem

So I’m trying to signup as a Canadian seller for Amazon. When I try to select my merchant and place it won’t show up canada not even North America?

I was at a page that was going to charge me 30$/month Canadian for the account but when I proceed it’s trying to charge me 39.99 and put my account in the us?

Any one else have this problem?
