Sales went to 0

I’ll preface this that I’m a new seller. Earlier in the year we sold a few dozen of a particular product both Merchant and FBA fulfillment and then we stopped. It was a pain to deal with and we were selling them faster elsewhere.

Fast forward to December 1st, we decided to foray back into Amazon fulfilling orders ourselves. We listed a handful of products with no expectations of selling anything. We listed under ASINs already in the marketplace selling some new and pre-owned products. Immediately we began receiving orders and shipping them out. Order volume increased exponentially over a few days and then levelled off.

We’ve had 0 returns, 0 violations, account health is 200 and has not changed. We began listing a few unique products that we have and threw a small PPC campaign at them that generated a few orders. 3 days ago sales went to 0. Nothing. No messages or anything from Amazon etc. just completely flat lined.

I’m ok with the fact that we’re not selling anything, I’m just curious as to why, we are still the featured offer on a few items, one we lost to an FBA seller which I’m ok with, it just feels odd that we go from a steady pace over 2-3 weeks to nothing. Any ideas?
