Why am I paying fees to sell in Canada?

I fulfill my educational materials orders from my office in New York. They ship Media Mail and I buy the postage, etc. Every month Amazon subtracts a chuck of money for selling in Canada. It’s too expensive to ship there, and I never get orders from Canada anyway. Is there a way to stop paying those fees?
