Amazon suspended my seller account

Hello everyone,

4 days ago Amazon suspended my seller account and the reason was Amazon related my seller account with another seller account. The problem is I don’t have any other seller account.

I’ve read some articles about connecting from a different wi-fi. I connected to my account on Semptember at a hotel’s wi-fi. Could this be the reason? And is there any way to reopen my account?
