Close or downgrade?

So it’s just that I took a major hit a few months ago and haven’t been able to financially recover. I’m out of money but I still have some inventory left but it’s not selling aside from a few items at a very slow rate. At this point I’m thinking about closing the account. My question there is will I be able to re open once I can build money back up to start again? The other option would be to downgrade the account to individual but would doing that even make sense?
