Transparency programs

Hello! I’m super new seller. I’ve just started a month ago. I’ve bought 40 pieces of products from Sephora on Black Friday for arbitrage. Today I’ve received an email that 2 of products of the same ASIN need transparency baracodes by January 29th otherwise they can be returned to me or liquidated. Because the brand owner registered for transparency program. I have 10 of the same ASINs FBA right now. The rest 30 I have home. There are approximately 20 other sellers on amazon of the same product. Brand owner not selling it. So in other words after January 29th all these ASINs will be considered as a counterfeit product. And I will not be able not to sell it FBA, FBM or even give as a gifts. Because without this 2D baracode product is considered counterfeit?
