UK based but seller account says registration still pending?

I am based in the UK and have set up a new seller account for my business. However, I am registered and verified for US, Canada and Mexico marketplace’s and not the UK. The Uk marketplace says registration still pending, when I click this it says “unable to verify card details return to North America”. All my bank details are confirmed and verified, not sure what next steps are?

Note: aware this may have been a mistake on my part as it looks like I went through Amazon.com and not Amazon.co.uk, anyone else had this issue and know a work around?

Any help would be massively appreciated!!
