a+ content and fba questions

I created a+ content for two products, it took about 6 hours each, much more than the YouTube videos say. =D Anyhow, I am trying to make a+ content for a product I am about to send to Amazon and I cannot. I enter the product ASIN and it does not show up. I have barely any sales, so its a conundrum to sell the ability to make a+ for 40 bucks a month and then not let us because there are not enough sales or traffic. Am I missing something? Is there a way to make an A+ for my products? I have searched for hours. I am hoping someone here can have a few mins to explain this to me. Thank you.

next are two FBA questions about two items I sell.

One item is a USB C cable, I filled out the Sdoc the best I could, and all the contact info is in China, although legitimate Amazon asks for USA contact info. Do I send the cables in to FBA? I am not sure what to do, there is no USA contact for the company. The information is filled out, do I send them into FBA?
The second issue is I have been selling some game handhelds and am about to send them to Amazon for FBA and I cannot acquire the Sdoc or FCC certs, but there are others selling them. Is there a way to figure out what the certification info is from others who are selling the same thing?
