Holiday Return Policy questions
1) Some customers purchased Christmas decorations on November 1st. They indicated a Return request on November 5th. The haven’t yet returned the item. How long are they able to return the item for? End of January? Or is there a limit on the length of time that a Return request can be open?
2) On February 1st, can I close all open Holiday Return requests that are past 30 days, but haven’t yet been put in the mail?
