Amazon listed my product as something for babies. They won’t change it. Help!

I created a product that is for adults. They are flashcards that I’ve sold to Universities and people from beginners in this specific field all the way up to experts. To take some weight of my shoulders I decided to sell them on Amazon. I picked the correct categories, but now Amazon thinks they should be sold to pre-schoolers 3 and up.

I reached out to them and they said these flashcards should be in the pre-school category. These cards breakdown things like taxonomy, biomes, sociality, and parasitism. Babies won’t understand those things! I sent them references of other flashcards that are in the category I requested. I’m at a loss of what to do. Help!
