When you are authorized, you don’t need invoice?

i seen that you can get approval to sell a brand if u provide letter of authorization you can get accepted to list without needing to provide invoice

if case of inauthenticity happens………..once again u’re covered with just the letter of authorization or you would need invoices at this point?
